What happened to the magic of the CMs?

low pay is really no reason at all not to do your job EVERY DAY to the best of your ability...I have worked in Early Childhood Education all my life. I earned a college degree, taught preschool and daycare for years, directed a center for many years and owned an opperated my own business...all on less than ten dollars an hour WITH A DEGREE!! No benefits, long hours, stressful conditions, no benifits, low pay, no benefits, and a lot of self sacrafice and hard work for what?? Something I believe in that is what...NOT ONCE in my career did a child ask me to go to the potty and I replied "can't you read the sign is over there" or not make a child a birthday crown on the special day...this is just an in general statement not directed to CM's at Disney or anything but if it is sooo hard and sooo terrible there are other careers out there to explore...I have only been a few times and to the MK only as a child and don't especially remember any one CM doing or not doing something...I am hoping to feel more involved in the magic being onsite for a few days.
