What Happened To The "Freebie" Thread?

There used to be a "Freebie" Thread for all kind of Free Samples.
It was GREAT.
I have not seen one in my infrequent visits.
Is it still around?

It would be difficult to update a thread here with so many freebies.

I usually visit http://www.freebies4mom.com once or twice a day. She doesn't always post about ALL of the little freebies (like shampoo sample, toothpaste sample, etc) but she does seem to post most of them, and she also posts about nice free products like currently you can get 10 free cards from Tinyprints (just pay shipping). I like those types of freebies...ones people actually use.

The weekly freebie thread you remember died quite some time ago. There was a bit of strife then the posts dropped off dramatically after many frequent contributors left for different pastures. For a while a monthly freebie thread struggled along .... Yea, that weekly freebie thread WAS great !! I miss it.
