What happened to my Summer, feels like Fall this morning

55 degree's this morning... I love Fall, my favorite time of year, but not yet! Does anyone think we will have an early Fall?

We have had that the past couple days. We had a record low high temp on Friday. It has been great sleeping weather though . Our overall summer predictions were for lower then average temps. The leaves on our birch tree are already starting to change--way too early!

We set a new low record this morning at 52 degrees! I live in Monroe (extremem SE MI) and that's more like September weather. I do agree it's great sleeping weather, but I want some warner temperatures back. The ater is the pool is very cold and I don't know when we'll get to go swimming again.

I am LOVING how it hasn't been so miserably hot this year, but I am hoping it doesn't mean it will be a colder-than-average winter. Last winter was bad enough!

It feels like we have barely hit summer here! We finally had a 90 degree day on Friday and yesterday was nice and sunny in the 80's. It has been rainy and cool, more like spring or fall - some days still in the high 60's! We just put our air conditioner in yesterday! Usually we have been running it for a month and a half now!

Cold weather lover here! I have been loving the cool summer we have had!

Yesterday was brutal, 90 and humid, today is Fall like...YES!

Fall is also my favorite time of the year but I don't think we'll have an early one. If anything, I'd bet it will be unseasonably warm come Fall.

We haven't had "summer" here at all. Temps barely get above mid 70's, nights are in the 50's. We have had maybe 1 or 2 days that actually hit 80. More rain than sun. I am hating this weather. I wait through horrible cold months that last forever and want sun and warm.

It's been the same way here. We had one week where it was really hot and maybe a couple other days here and there but for the most part it's been cool. I don't really mind, except now when we go to Disney World in August the humidity is going to be even more of a shock to my system!

We just hit 80 for the first time this summer 2 days ago!!!! I feel like summer just started!

we've been talking to neighbors recently and while we're having a heat wave right now we seem to be experiencing a long delayed spring.

all the young critters we normaly see on our property in may are now just appearing-baby quail, baby cottontails, young moose and deer. it's realy odd. while the migrating birds came on schedual a few months ago and nested we saw far fewer babies, and now we're getting a small burst of these birds returning (way off their natural migration schedual) but sadly most of the seasonal ponds they would frequent are already dried up for the summer.

it's been downright wierd.

My mom keeps calling me and telling me how cool it is at her house...I'm ready to stop answering her phone calls.....

This has been one of the best summers EVER. I love the cooler temperatures... makes it a lot easier to do stuff.

Buffalo summers generally suck. This one has been fantastic

We have had hardly a summer at all here in VT. It's down right making me crazy! I hate the cold. Most days have been in the 60's and raining!! I hate it!!

I just heard on the news a couple days ago, that so far this year, we've had 15 days of 80 degrees or higher...15 DAYS!!!

I suffer through over 6 months of horrible weather and wait for July and August to really enjoy it here. We have not been able to use our pool even one since it's been open...not sure if it was even worth opening this year. I hate November through May here.

I love Buffalo summers! It's one of the few things that makes it worth living here. (please don't tell me if I don't like it to leave, I would in a heartbeat but DH won't)

I hate the cooler temps. It was 55ish this a.m. at 5am when I went out. It was really cool yesterday. I did check the weather and it's supposed to warm back up here in KY this week....but I'm not too sure. Glad I'll be out of town and in some nice for sure sun and warmth beginning Thursday! LOL... I wouldn't tell you that!! We all have our own things that we enjoy. Me, I hate summer with a passion. That's why I go to WDW in February when it's not hot! I hate the heat. I think the summers here are usually hot, sticky, and disgusting and I literally cringe when we change the calendar to May because I know that the grossness is coming.

I've been soooo happy this summer. I can sleep. I can walk around without feeling like I can't breathe.

I know everyone else is kinda miserable. But I'm feeling slightly selfish and I get giddy when I see the weather forecast. I love the snow and cold, but I'd give it up if summer here was always like this.

(I love it here... summer is the one thing that makes me want to gouge my eyes out!)
