What happened to Chef Dee after Kouzzina?

Anyone know what happened to Chef Dee Foundoukis after Cat Cora's Kouzzina went belly up? I know Kouzzina, which was replacement for Spoodles, and is now Trattoria del Forno.. but is she still chef there? She was the best chef we ever had at WDW and we would like to try out wherever she is now... or at least, where shell be in May/June 2018... just not crazy about the 700 Italian restaurants though.

She was the executive chef when Trattoria del Forno first opened after Kouzzina closed; not sure if she's still there now.

I saw DFB said she was at La Cellier a while back, but wasn't sure if that was a temporary thing, permanent, or if she's somewhere new.
