OMG! Not only do we have to play pirates and get that score but it is at Flags only?

No, they're talking about Lily's Tuesday/Saturday quest; you need to play pirates for that, too, but Lily has very wisely decided to do a teleporter game today instead. For the Treasure Hunt quest you need to play Ship Battle, not CTF.
