What happend to parkhopper tickets

this may sound dumb.... but what happened to the parkhopper tickets. what if you are staying off property and just what to purchase tickets? What if you have days leftover from old passes?


Please help all this new stuff is confusing this mother of 3.

Just came home last night. DH and DD7 used existing PH's with no questions asked.

You can use the remaining days on your PHPs like you normally would. If you buy new tickets, they have to be MYW tickets.

so is it better to book a package or do room and tickets seperatly.

What about the meal plan.... is it worth it? We are a family of 4(2a,2c) who like to eat at the character meals and buffets. We don't do shows or signature restaurants.

Currently there are no room discounts when you buy the room and meal package plan. There may be in the future. You can buy any kind of admission ticket regardless of days in your package but I'm told that everyone in your party has to buy the same kind.

You can get new (MYW) tickets as either hopping (more expensive) or non-hopping (less expensive).

Best use of old tickets -- Save them for a vacation when you don't need to also buy new tickets (other than 10 day)

Intermediate use -- Trade up the old tickets towards new tickets.

Terrible terrible use -- Use old ticket(s) for part of your vacation and buy new ticket (under 10 days) to finish.

depends on your situation..........for us, booking room and tickets separate works....for my sister, the packages work better for her. If i recall correctly, it is worth it to add the dining plan on your package.....you would need to consult with your TA to find what suits your situation best!! Good luck!
