What happen to Pal Mickey? Is he still Popular?

I just love my little guy! I thought he was really neat and had alot of fun with him in the parks, etc. I do feel that he is hard to hear. I know they have a new one out, however I have heard nothing about him except that he has a tux on. Does anyone have the new one, if so did they make his voice louder?

For those who have been to WDW recently have you seen them?

Honestly I cannot stand him... really can't. He was annoying to me, was off on a few things (locations) and just mostly got in the way.

That said, did you know they have new clothing for him? The clothes were cute, but Mickey was not

We bought Pal Mickey when he first came out and we think he is so cute. Especially the jokes and gamed he can do at home. My kids love that!
But we also thought he was too quiet. I louder Pal Mickey would be awesome!! I do remember at one point DH hooking MIckey up to a strap on his backpack so that he could hear him better. But it became annoying to have MIckey so close to his head!!

Funny you would bring him up. Allison was playing around with hers yesterday. She loves her and no doubt plans on bringing him to the parks when we go back next year. Haven't seen the new ones so I can't tell you anything about that. We heard our old one just fine.

It's funny you brought this up. I just started a thread yesterday asking if anyone has one or two they would like to sell to me. No takers yet, though.

What I'm finding is that it seems people either love Pal Mickey or think he was a waste of money. Not too many middle-of-the-road opinions.
