What gulity pleasure, trash tv shows do you watch?

I watched Drag U last nigt. It is a show where they take tomboys and make them into drag queens. I must admit it was sort of entertaining in a bizarre sort of way. My husband and son walked in and just shook their heads.

I love trash tv what can I say?

Monsters Within(parsites that invade the body)

Billy the Exterminator

Any of the paranormal shows

Cake shows

Chasing Mummies(not really trash but a Zawi Hauass(sp) is a little too dramatic)

Dog the Bounty Hunter

Gene Simmons

Cannot wait for "Growing up Twisted"

I Didn't know I was Pregnant

Anyone else have any bizarre shows I might have missed?

Bridezillas and Toddlers and Tiaras are the two I watch. DH has to leave the room.

T in T is hard for me to watch I try but the kids are such brats same thing with Bridezillas. I think Bridezillas is staged and I have trouble getting through it because of course the shows I watch are not staged LOL!!


My husband leaves the room for most of the shows I watch except MAN vs Food now that's enteriainment, watching a pudgy get stuff himself and people cheer him on.

Any show with Doctor Drews name attached to it! Celebrity Rehab, Sober House, Teen Mom, Sixteen and Pregnant, if Dr. Drew is there, its a guaranteed train wreck!

I also DVR TMZ everyday, pure celebrity trash!

Make it or Break it. It's like a teen soap but with gymnasts. It's horribly acted, and the story lines are cheesy at best, but it's like a train wreck I can't stop watching!

Warehouse 13 is a "government deal" like Area 51 and they collect artifacts. Currently they have unbronzed "HG Wells" and she is basically the villian this season. And yes, I said "she" because they made HG Wells a woman.

Eureka is a town that has super scientists live there creating far out technology like time travel. Currently they were warped back in time and when they came back the time line is changed. (Your basic "Back to the Future 2" idea.)

HA! Try and sit through that!

Me too! And to add ... it's very inaccurate on the gymnastics aspect too! but for some reason, I still watch it! Cant wait for tonight

And I also watch all of the Real Housewives too. They are my biggest guilty pleasure.

bbc america runs some pretty trashy documentaries that dh cringed when i watch-esp. the ones about sister/brother living as man and wife couples, men who have full size dolls ("with real working parts") as their significant others, but the one that skeeved him out the most was the one where people develop DEEP, emotional and SEXUAL relationships with objects (the guy who makes love to his vw, the woman who developed a "crush" on a peice of carnival equipment and would sneek on-site to have a "quickie"-and then there's the woman who insists she is married to the eiffel tower so she makes regular trips to have conjigul visits with it (and 'yes' they did show her doing this).

I love your synopsis. Have you seen Haven? It's along the same lines as both Warehouse 13 and Eureka.

I love the court shows - my DH is horrified - I tivo them and watch them before he gets home from work (he has a long commute) - I love people's court, judge mathis and Judy Judy - I love how Judge Judy yells at everybody!! I get so disappointed when its a repeat that I've already seen!

"Chelsea Lately" is hilarious, I just tune her and her crew out when they try to think about serious current events though. It's a lot like watching a toddler try to sort out how to get out of the house, but funny in its own way.

"The Soup" always cracks me up.

"Dirty jobs", Mike Rowe is hilarious.

"Bully Beatdown" is fantastic. I absolutely LOVE Mayhem Miller!!! His laugh is the best!

I can't wait for the new "Jersey Shore".

I confess my DVR records every episode of Judge Judy (4 a day here) and I watch them back to back while my husband golfs because he can't stand it.
