Is there a certain food that you just have to have every day or several times a week? Do you make sure you include that food into your weight loss program?
I am addicted to ice cream and I just HAVE to have my daily fix! I have learned to eat different kinds of ice cream, low fat to be specific, but I just can't live without my ice cream!

). Fortunately, I don't seem to be one of those people who stall out on low-carb if they eat too much cheese; I swear, I probably *average* 8 oz. a day, and there are days when I WAY overshoot that.

Breakfast is usually a 1 egg cheese omelet (heavy on the cheese). I'm definitely hooked on Blue Cheese Dressing. I have a big salad everynight and it's always Marie's Blue Cheese Dressing.
