my answers
1. roasted checken legs they stop all cravings for me.
2. an occassional low carb ice cream treat
3. salad w/ tuna and cheese on it
4. new find - microwavable pop pork rinds - really not as bad as that may sound
5. steak tips w/ side salad and veggie.

1. Having cravings for "bad" food? -Fat free tortilla chips with salsa.
2. Want a special treat that doesn't blow your EP? -WW 2 points bar, peanut crisp is my fave.
3. Quick Meal? -Hmmm, salad and Market Day chicken steaks (?).
4. Munchies for a movie/TV watching? -94% fat free micro popcorn with 'free' butter spray or, pretzel sticks.
5. Ordering out/eating out? -SHRIMP or, chicken!

1. Having cravings for "bad" food? - I make faux coke floats with Diet Rite and whipped cream. Not the real thing, but it gets me over the "hump".

2. Want a special treat that doesn't blow your EP? Sugar free jello with whipped cream.

3. Quick Meal? Turkey and cheese rollups with mayo

4. Munchies for a movie/TV watching? Pepperoni chips

5. Ordering out/eating out? BIG roast beef sammy, hold the bread. Or a steak.

I make fried fish (fried in canola oil) and homemade extra creamy cole slaw (yummy!)

2. Want a special treat that doesn't blow your EP?
1/2 cup of Pierre's crunchy peanut butter cup ice cream (with no sugar added chocolate ice cream, whole peanuts and sugar free peanut butter cups)

3. Quick Meal?
fried lite bologna sandwich on whole wheat bread with lettuce, mayo and tomato

4. Munchies for a movie/TV watching?
plain popcorn sprayed with butter substitute

5. Ordering out/eating out?
NY strip steak smothered in mushrooms and grilled shrimp or cajun grilled talapia with mashed cauliflower

I'm on South Beach.
 

1. Having cravings for "bad" food? I usually reach for the macadamia nuts or a couple of teaspoons of peanutbutter

2. Want a special treat that doesn't blow your EP? SF Cheesecake, any flavor!

3. Quick Meal? Either a salad or plain full-fat yogurt flavored with DaVinci's syrup.

4. Munchies for a movie/TV watching? Hmmm.....this is a tough one. I've never gotten in the habit of munching on something while watching TV. But if I needed something with crunch, I'd make a couple dozen cheese crisps or veggies with dip.

5. Ordering out/eating out? Usually a steak with veggies & salad. Outback Steakhouse is my favorite! Fast food would be the toppings of a pizza.

I'm eating Atkins - maintenance level.
 
1. There is no bad food in my book. :teeth: But I do consider eggs benedict a once a year indulgence.

2. Special treat thet won't blow EP...chocolate anything.

3. Quick meal...subway. (Even my salads take 15 mins to prepare! :rolleyes: )

4. Munchies for a movie/TV... usually popcorn cooked in oil. sprinkled with Emeril's Southwest essence and a touch of butter to help it stick.

5. Eating out...I usually eat whatever I want, but what I want is usually not too bad if taken in moderation. Unless I'm going to agreat steakhouse. I usually have a largely veggie meal. A salad entree, or veggies fajitas. At a fancy reataurant, I just pig out and pay later! ::yes::

I'm just trying to eat sensibly. Watch portion size and get exercise.

2. Want a special treat that doesn't blow your EP? angel food cake(sugar free) with fruit

3. Quick Meal? grilled peanut butter sandwich

4. Munchies for a movie/TV watching? lite popcorn is good or I have dry cereal DH loves this one too he doesn't like popcorn though.

5. Ordering out/eating out? salads first and then I try to order something healthier on the menu. But I have salad first to help fill up some before the entree comes. A glass of water before will help too

I follow a plain healthy eating/Dr Phil's Ulitmate weight soulution right now.
 
1. Cravings for "bad" foods? I like carb control ice-cream or sugar free chocolates - in small doses - a little goes a long way.

2. Special treat that doesn't blow EP? The same - what can I say, I love chocolate!

3. Quick meal? I like a homemade taco salad (only use 2tsp of taco seasoning in about 1/3 ground lean meat), lettuce, minimal tomato, some grated cheese, add 1/2 avocado and a dollap of fat free sour cream to the top and you can skip any dressing or salsa! Serves 2 without too many dishes!

4. Munchies for movie/TV watching? Sunflower seeds!

5. Ordering/eating out? I posted a thread on this because I've had trouble with eating out. Getting LOTS of ideas from the replies!
