I have never used a fisheye and just wanted some opinions. I am not looking to break the bank. Anyone have any info on the Rokinon or Bower 8mm f3.5? Would you buy Fisheye or just UWA?

I got the lens for my Canon DSLR's after seeing shots with it here (I have a Rokinon branded one). Totally worth every penny. The clarity, sharpness and contrast are all wonderful for a lens in this price range. And it's a ton of fun.

Danielle,
How is the manual focusing on this lens?

I'm not Danielle, but I have a Rokinon 8mm on a canon mount.

Manual focus is easy even for my old eyes. there is a distance scale on the lens, plus its even easy to just use the viewfinder. The thing is at 8mm the depth of field is huge, even at F3.5 (the largest aperture) so manual focus is not a problem at all.
