Boy you were all over that quetion, I would just like to add that the little bit of blue hair on the other side of Jafar is Hades (from Hercules) and from the look of that arm on the back I am guessing Ursula.

you're very good steve! she's certainly gone for the more autumnal colours, i would suspect she was perhaps becoming a little bored and stuck in a rutt with her standard black and whipped up a new creation!

Maybe it's from that new show I saw advertised on the Disney Channel. I think it was called "Villain Makeover the Disney edition". I think I saw Captian Hook on the advert, he was getting a new hair cut, moustache trim and less dangeros looking prosthetic fitted. Although it is possible I just dreamt it.

Maleficent appears at will in flames, the costume is to mimic that, when you see it for real and the way it moves, you can see what the Imagineers set out to achieve, agreed it's a bit strange to see her out of the black and purple but it works.
