Well noone knows what is going to happen next.With the rumors of the Contemporary project it is just so up in the air.
All that has been said is that the current offer ends March 3rd. I think it all depends on how sales are to.So it is not offered at the same time every year.

I am really not sure what has been offered in the past.

Usually the best deals are in the winter when the sales are lowest (holidays, bad weather, less people traveling, etc). But who knows.

There is also talk of another price increase this Spring but that is still a rumor. More than likely there will be a price increase before fall when the GCV sales are supposed to start.
