What exactly is Concierge?

And what comes with it? Do you get an upgraded room? Food? Service? Sorry I'm ignorant, but I've never been to Disney before!

if you have never been to Disney you have come to the right place!!

Concierge means you will be on an exclusive floor or in some cases a concierge only building.
there is a concierge staff to help with you priority seating, and any questions you may have.
there is a lounge that is open fro 7am - 10pm, offering continental breakfast, afternoon snacks, late afternoon tea and snacks, evening hor deuvres and wine, and late evening desserts and cordials.

concierge is wonderful!!!

if you can splurge, it is well worth it!
