What exactly do you ask for w/code?

What do you ask the cm when you call when you are refering to gp code? It seems like it's a matter of how much they are willing to work for you. Just curious, are you asking for a specific code or gp code in general? Thanks

Nevermind, i finally got a really helpful cm. He spent a lot of time on the phone checking things for me and the codes are the same as my pin.
