to me? We were just there in Sept. for 15 days!! You would think that I'd be fine for awhile, but NO-I am jonesing for another fix! I can't quite put my finger on it, but there is this attachment to Disney I can't explain.

I miss it, I plan(even before I am sure I am going), I talk about it, I watch anything about Disney on TV, I get this funny feeling when I look at resort threads-and I have a *cough* slight problem with the Dis boards:rolleyes1 .

I have friends who also share my affliction and we were talking about it and always joke they pump drugs into the air there and dose the H2O!

But really-do you have the Disney disease(I am guessing YES if you hang out here;) ) and what do you think causes it?

PS-I am sure this is not the first post o fit's kind-so to the REAL OPs sorry for stealing your thunder-lol.

I think they put something in the water or the Premium Mickey Ice Cream bars!

My DH and I were there for 2 weeks in September too for our honeymoon and by day we were leaving we were feeling we had gotten our fill of WDW and would look in to coming back for our 5 year anniversary!

Fast forward less than 6 months and we are in the very beginnings of planning a December trip and will more than likely be back in 2011 with my brother and his (hopefully by then) wife!

So much for our 5 year plan!! :lmao:

I have proof they do put something in the water. You know how the water smells kinds funny at the resorts, it is a special "Disney addiction" they put in it.

Keeps me coming back!

Our neighbor is a Cast Member and says it's a secret formula. The process is protected by armed guards and the highest level of technological security. Universal has been trying to get their hands on it for years. :lmao:

I believe it. We just got back on 12/24. While we were still there, my DH said, "I think we should try to come back during Spring Break." And, I'm the Disney geek of the family. :goodvibes

LOL-I don't think I'd be asking if it was just me-but DH is sooo unimpressed with everything-but he's hooked too!:goodvibes

You know how chocolate cases a chemical reaction in the brain? I bet if they looked at a Disneyphile (or Disneyoholic-which ever you prefer;) ) our brains would react differently when shown Disney pics than non-Disney folks.

I know just how you feel. We had a 23 day all Disney vacation and as soon as we got home I was ready to start planning our next trip. I will go again this year, even it's all alone!:goodvibes

My Disney area addiction has a lot to do with money. Where else can you stay in a lovely condo for $50 a night, rent a car dirt cheap, and have several days of fun for under $100 a day???? DH and I can't afford to fly to Florida as often as I'd like, and honestly we don't want to drive. So this year we figured we'd go to Hershey. The cheapest hotel in Hershey proper is $150 a night. A Motel 6 20 minutes away is $50. The Hershey tickets are just about $50 a day per person. I get way more bang for my buck in Orlando!!

We were there for 16 nights in August. We thought that would tide us over for a year. Nope. The wait is KILLING me. Our APs are expired, DH doesn't have vacation available right now, airfare is ridiculous, but it doesn't keep me from wishing we were going sooner! :)

I was there last September also! (MUST GO BACK!!!)

I don't think there is anything in the food or wat(MUST GO BACK!!!)er, but you never know(MUST GO BACK!!!).

I DID notice that the television was always talking to us(MUST GO BACK!!!)when we were in the room.(MUST GO BACK!!!)

And they DID put a wonderful brochu(MUST GO BACK!!!)re in the room. It did explain that if(MUST GO BACK!!!) I booked while still(MUST GO BACK!!!)at WDW, I would get some food for free!!(MUST GO BACK!!!)

So we decided(MUST GO BACK!!!)to go back to WDW next September!!(MUST GO BACK!!!)

If we go back(MUST GO BACK!!!), I assume that the voices(MUST GO BACK!!!) will stop!

heheheheheheh

RUM??

All that sounds so very familiar. Seems like I heard the (MUST GO BACK) voices too.

Except for the booking the bounceback -- couldn't convince DH to do that yet. Waiting on the evil taxman to decide if we can go back sooner. :)

I keep telling everyone that someday I will live in the castle. princess:

Whatever it is they are pumping into the air works. I cry everytime I have to leave.

We went for our first trip in May. My DH was very excited about it, but he's going back to college full time (while working full time), so I thought he was really just more excited for a few weeks off. After our first or second day he was talking about "next time". :lovestruc

Of course to him, "next time" would be two years or so. I mentioned to him a few weeks ago that it might be a good idea to go again this May (right before our youngest turns 3) because we would be able to squeeze in one more trip for our family in a value room. I expected him to say we should just wait till next year, but he just looked at me and said "Okay, call and book it".

My kids are obsessed. We talk about Disney every day. Watch anything Disney that comes on TV--my oldest now regularly checks the listings for Travel Channel-- and the Disney plannin DVDs often. And, every time I have a free minute I grab the computer and come right here...

Well, we were going someplace else, but since I only had to put down $200.00 to hold it, I didn't feel so bad but then....(MUST GO BACK)
when I got home I seem to have this (MUST GO BACK) thought that I will be missing (MUST GO BACK!!!!) a fun vacation!!!

hehehehehehe(MUST GO BACK)heheheheheheheheh
