What ever happened to tour guide mike?

I have not planned for a few year, I know TGM was really not current 3 years ago, I guess he just shut down? Just curious

A search turned up many posts that said health issues.

I think his staff leads tours at WDW and Universal.

I believe Mike established the VIP guide service before the online service. Other guides seem to be carrying on the guide service. Mike was ill and unable to continue upgrading the online service so it is gone.
