The one time in my life I almost puked after a ride was after riding Body Wars. For one thing, it lost its sponsor.
For another, the entire Wonders of Life pavilion wasn't very well attended. I believe its out-of-the-way location was partly to blame. It was hard to see unless you were looking for it, not being very visible from any main pathways.
I think the ride itself made more Guests queasy or uneasy than does Star Tours. It was partly the subject matter, and partly the rocking motion of travelling through the bloodstream.

It wasn't the subject matter(I'm a nurse). It was the movement. But, I can ride Star Tours, Mission Space- Orange and spinning rides with no issues.

ff topic: ). People want instant gratification these days, and Disney strives to provide. WoL took more time and attention… you had to read things, stroll through places, etc. Look at how unattended a lot of the exhibits in Epcot are, but how cool some of them are- like Sum of All Thrills. This builds a line but what about the other exhibits in these halls? Not very popular, and I think it's because Epcot has detoured from it's original intent and is into "this is cool" instead of asking guests to take the time to educate themselves and learn something.
