Hello all,

I am a firm believer that if you benefit from something you should try to give back to try to benefit others. I have learned so much from the DIS that I feel obligated to write a PTR and will follow with a TR.

I suppose I should start with introductions.

I am 37. I take at least 95% of our pictures so it is hard to find one of me.

This is my DW and I won't say her age but she is younger than me!!

This is my DD who is 4 turning 5 while we are at WDW in a couple weeks!!! This picture was taken last Feb while at WDW with her favorite princess!! Her nickname is Kiki because that is how she said her name 1st and it has stuck.

DD #2 who is 3 is a fireball. Her nickname is Chippy because she stuffs her cheeks like a chipmunk when she eats! Her picture is also taken right before we went to MK for the 1st time last year!!

Last is DS age 6 months!! He is a very, very happy boy who loves being held and sleeping!!

That is it for the introductions! I will keep adding updates as time permits today.

Before last year, I had never been to WDW and did not have any desire to go! I actually told DW a few times that we didn't ever need to go to WDW.

In Dec 2010, my wife's sister and her family were heading to WDW and asked us to join them. I didn't want to but DW really wanted to (She had been to WDW once before about 20 years ago) so I agreed to go.

I am a planner by nature but my SIL and BIL have been to WDW and DL several times so we just followed them. We had such a good time that I became hooked on WDW!!!! My DD's had so much fun an1std I don't think they stopped smiling the whole time their and about a month after getting back home!

We decided in Jan. that we wanted to go back and had selected dates of the last week in Feb. After having a quick chat with my boss, he agreed that I could have the 1st week of March off so that we could celebrate Kiki's birthday at WDW!!!!!

My 1st act was to make reservations at the resort (stayed off site last year)! We booked with the 30% off and decided to stay at the AS Music Resort (couldn't justify the cost of not doing a value resort at this point in our lives.) We booked for March 1-8 and got 7 day MYW tickets. We are not park hoppers with the kids being so small.

Next I tried to book CRT on Kiki's bday. Well we had a reservation for 4, but I was reading the fine print when I realized we needed a reservation for 5 even though DS is only 6 months. I was not able to get one for 5 on her bday, but did get one for breakfast the day before. We decided it was close enough.

We had decided not to do the dining plan because we didn't eat anywhere near the $700 they wanted for the quick service plan. We ate all just quick service last year and it was good enough for us and DD's.

Well as fortune would have it, I won a nice sized some of money playing fantasy football. I was going to use it for some tools that I could use, but I decided that my DD's happiness would be even better. I have now booked us at RABH on Kiki's birthday and at Hollywood and Dine (I asked DD's if they would rather have lunch with Jake or Mickey and it wasn't even close!) another day!!

Now onto why I chose the title I did.

1) Obviously, waiting to long to book at CRT and not getting to do it on my Kiki's birthday. Not a really big deal though.

2) Last week Wed. night, my car was broken into and I had $450 stolen from my money clip. Now I know what you are thinking, why would anybody keep this much money in their car? I work at a golf course and make tips. I normally deposit my tips every week into my bank account to pay bills, but for the month of Jan I have been saving them for our spending money at WDW. Now we will have next to $0, to spend on souvenirs and anything extra. :headache:

3) 2 days ago, our new camcorder's (purchased in Oct.) automatic lens cap stopped working so the camcorder is basically useless! Now I did purchase the extra warranty, but it will take at least 2 weeks for it to get back to us.

4) I hope there isn't a #4!!

Day 1 (March 1) - Arrive early to check in and head over to MK!! My DD's have been talking about the princesses, fairies and fireworks since we told them that we were going to WDW.

Day 2 - AK. DD's loved the AK. They love the safari and seeing all of the animals!!

Day 3 - MK. Breakfast at CRT. I can't wait for this as it will be a surprise for our DD's!! They will both be dressed as princesses and love to talk to princesses also!!

Day 4 - Kiki's birthday!!! Going to Epcot for the 1st time. Breakfast at ARBH with the princesses! I called WDW and they assured me that the princesses would be different than CRT, but friends of ours just got back last week and told me they were the exact same. This could be #4, but the DD's will still have fun!!! Illuminations looks like it will be awesome!!

Day 5 - Taking a day off unless we feel we don't want to!!! We will more than likely do the Chip and Dale's campfire sing along and then watch the movie! Is this worth it? Our DD's aren't huge Chip and Dale fans but I think they will enjoy it.

Day 6 - DHS. 1st time ever going here. Lunch at Hollywood and Vine with the Disney Jr. characters! DD's LOVE Jake!!! Can't wait to see Fantasmic!!

Day 7 - Back to Epcot for the 1st day of the International Flower and Garden Festival! I am sure it will be crazy busy since it is the 1st day, but at least it is only on a Wed right!?!

Day 8 - Check out of the resort and head to MK. I think we need to end here with the Wishes show!!!

After we leave the park, we will drive a few hours before finishing it up on Friday!!

Any suggestions to the plan would be more than welcome!!!

I just wanted to say "hi" and let you know that I have been reading along. Your kids are adorable. I also have 2 girls followed by a boy (although mine are 8, 6, and 3). I think 4/5 is THE most magical age for little girls at Disney.

Your plans look great and I am sure that your DD won't even realize that CRT isn't on her actual birthday. BTW, we have usually gotten the same princesses at Akershus as we had at CRT also, but my girls never minded.

I am looking forward to reading more.

Thanks for following along!!

Also thanks for the comments about my girls!!!

I am sure my DD's won't mind the same princesses, but WDW should tell people they will more than likely be the same. I specifically asked and they said "NO." Oh well, nothing to get upset about especially since I know what to expect going in.

4) I hope there isn't a #4!!

4) Happened last night. We have 2 cameras. We have the Cannon 7D (my camera) and a Canon T2i. Since our camcorder broke, I figured we would use the T2i for the video and take the pictures with the 7D. Well last night, the T2i wouldn't take video of anything longer than 5 sec clips! :headache: I will have to mess around with it, but I am guessing we will have to send it back to get fixed also! I guess it means no video on this trip!!

We have a couple of updates.

#1 I had the wrong kind of memory card for the T2i so now the video works!!! I haven't heard much good about it's video capabilities but something is better than nothing.

#2 We added a lunch ADR for Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano on Day 6 for the purpose of seeing Fantasmic. With the 3 little ones I didn't think it would be such a good idea to wait for an hour in line. Also, we switched our lunch with Jake to breakfast after reading how long the Toy Story Mania line gets. We got a 8:15am time and should beat the crowds to TSM!! My plan is get FP and then get right in line.

We will also be in the World from Feb 28-Mar 7 :-) Hopefully its all smoooooth sailing from now on

Today I finally got approval from the Insurance company to send back the camcorder. (They were arguing if it should be them or Canon since I bought it in Oct.) Now we will see if they can send it to me at WDW instead of my home! Fingers crossed.

Hopping on board... We will over lap for a couple of days... We will be at POFQ March 6th - 15th...

You have a precious family... Looking forward to hearing more about your trip and eventually your TR. :)

keeping my fingers crossed nothing more goes wrong for you! Beautiful family, your little girls are going to have so much fun!! Make sure to take them into the Bambi's butterfly garden in Epcot during the festival. My kids loved it.

I was talking with Kiki last night and she TOLD me the following. "Daddy, when we go to Disney World, I need to meet Mulan, Jasmine and Snow White because we didn't meet them last year! And Daddy, we HAVE to meet Rapunzel!!!!! Oh yeah Daddy, I also need a dress for Tiana, Rapunzel, Mulan, Arura and Snow White because Daddy when I meet them I need these dresses!!!" She then proceeded to bat her eyes at meet to make sure she gets what she wants. LOL I personally think it is even cuter because she has a nice thick southern drawl. My wife and I are from the Midwest (IA for me and WI for her), but all of our kids have been born here in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Just in case you are wondering, no she won't be getting all of the dresses! Only 2 and 1 for Chippy!

We are officially 1 week away from leaving for WDW!!!! I just checked us in online and all ADR's are completed and set! Now what to do? I think I am going to stop looking for more ideas and just formulate a plan for each day. I am also considering posting my TR as we go along each day. I figure I should have some time each night to post. I am trying MYFI through Verizon since it is only $30 vs the $70 we would spend at the resort, but we will see if it works or not!

Thought I would follow along. Your prince and princesses are too cute! We enjoyed the food at Akerhaus more than CRT, so hopefully that will make up for doubling up on the seeing the princesses.

So sorry for the breakin and all the camera trouble. Sounds like our kind of trip, but we always have a great time.
