What DTD restuarants are on the DDP?

I looked on the link in the faq thread and there wasn't anything listed for DTD? We are staying at SSR and will probably eat there alot for CS. Most importantly, is Ghirardelli on the plan?

If you go to the Disney Site and go to the page on "Packages", the section under DDP will give you a list (it is a PDF) that includes every resort, park,etc. and where you can get snack, CS, TS
