Well the first part is where i am from PGH - the burgh! The second if you sound it out (well in my head anyway) LYBRT =Liberty.


I actually just use the 2nd part (and I had on here too, i forgot the pass word got all mad and started over. Yep...no anger managment issues here.) most of the time.

I stated using it when I fist came out and (not to get political) like what the idea of liberty means and feel that it is something we sould all have.

I was looking through the boards and found this thread and found myself very interested.

Your name in particular means a great deal to me. RENT is one of the reasons I am who I am today. Sounds odd and cliche but I was young when I first learned about rent...it was the early 90's so I am gonna guess 10 or so. By the time I was in middle school I knew every song backwards (don't test me please...I panic...hahaha....) I understood what many of the characters were dealing with...HIV and AIDS affected me as early as 4 and 5 years old. My mom had a good number of friends who had it and a few that died from it. I had also seen a family member OD from Heroine...RENT helped vocalize how frightening yet free life can be if you are willing to embrace who you are and love your art and that your friends will be there for you through it all. My MIL and I even used RENT to explain to my 6 year old daughter about HIV, drugs and even homosexuality...I am her step mom and her mother is well not as open as I am let's just say that. Now her favorite person in the whole world is Angel and she has a dozen or more "aunties". I love my kid...
