It used to be called the Disney Dining Experience (DDE) - the DIS description is : Tables in Wonderland offers Disney Annual Passholders and Florida Residents 20% off of all food and beverage purchases at the participating Disney restaurants. It is a membership program with annual fees.

Yes, as Seahunt has explained it is a discount dining plan. In our opinion it's been well worth the investment.
