What does the Value Discount Passport contain?

I read in the Wyndham Palace brochure that every guest gets the Value Discount Passport. If anyone can tell me what is contain in this passport, I would be ever so grateful. I believe all the DD hotels gives this to their guests?

Some discounts on some of the Downtown Disney restaurants. Can't really remember exactly as it was 2 years ago.
