And how much are the annual maintenance fees? Or are they monthly maintenance fees? I am confused about those fees.

I see ppl talking about ROFR and whether or not Disney accepts their offer for resale...why wouldn't Disney accept the offers? What would keep them from accepting it?

Go to the sticky at the top of the Purchasing DVC page on which your post is listed that is entitled DVC Resource Center and one the posts in there will give you the history of annual dues on the basis of the dollar amount per point per year. You can choose to pay annual dues in monthly installments if you do it via automatic withdrawal from your checking account, otherwise you need to pay in one lump sum annually by February 15 each year.

ROFR means right of first refusal. For any resale Disney has the option to buy the property and not let the buyer get it by exercising ROFR under which it has to buy under the same terms as offered by the buyer to the resale seller. Disney usually waives ROFR but sometimes actually does exercise it. When it does, the buyer loses the sale but gets his deposit back and the seller gets paid by Disney and transfers the points to Disney.
