What does it mean?

I have noticed that most posters, under the number of posts they have, have a little triangle. What does that mean and how do I get one?

You can go to the info board to get the answer.

If you place your cursor over it (but don't click) you will see that it says report a bad post - so if someone is posting something offensive you can report it to the moderator. You don't see one under your information as hopefully there would be no need for you to report yourself!

You will see a circle next to the triange - if green, the person is online, if not the person is off line.
