What does "Disney Name" mean?

I am a newbie (only 2nd time trading at WDW) and I was reading the rules for trading. It says that you can not trade with a CM if it is a "Disney Name" pin. What does that mean. My DW is getting into it and I want to be sure I don't look silly with the pins I am trying to trade.

I think those mean that you cannot trade pins that are from Disney (so they are legit pins), but have names printed on them.

"Disney Name" pins are pins that have someones name on them, and thus are not tradable.
