What does bumping mean.

Even though I have been on these boards for awhile, I have seen posts with the word bumping and nothing elese. What does it mean when someone posts these.

I feel stupid to ask, because it seems to be known by everyone here, but I need to know or I'll go crazy. LOL.

It just means that person is putting that post back to the top of the first page... "bumping" it back up above the other posts
