I was looking on the website and the youngest area i saw was designed for "pre-teen". I don't want to waste the money if there is nothing for our almost 3 yr old to do there. And we are going when Typhoon Lagoon is closed so it's only BB as an option...thanks for any advice!!!

Last time I was there was before I was married with no kids and cannot remember at all, not that i was even looking for, baby things to do!

Well I spent most of my time with DD sitting in a chair reading LOL but I remember there being an entire part of shallow (warm!) water for the little kids to play in. Don't remember the details since we didn't really play there but there was definitely a place for the little ones!

Blizzard Beach has two separate kids' areas..."Ski patrol training camp" for pre-teens, and "Tike's Peak" for smaller kids. From allears:

"Tike's Peak is a kid-sized version of Blizzard Beach. Here children 4 feet tall and under (parents are allowed) can play in their own pools, ride their own slides, play in the pop jets and fountains, and much more. Just remember that children under 10 are not allowed admission into the BB unless accompanied by an adult."

We haven't been there yet, but are thinking about it for January. Sounds like fun--if the weather cooperates!
