What does an average family spend on a 7 day cruise?

Lisa - Really? I've heard about people sneaking stuff on, but I never realized it was allowed to bring some yourself. That's great to know. I like the occasional glass of wine and foo foo drink, but we are definitely more beer drinkers. I was looking to sneak some raspberry vodka on so I could have some mixed drinks without spending a fortune. My DH will be happy about the beer.

Yes if your a drinker be sure to bring some of your own
I brought both gin and tonic and it saved a fortune but we didn't bring DW any of here drink of choice. she likes beer.
We also purchaced drinks on board and in Nassaw spent maybe 300 for 4 days ( including Rum and Gin, to bring home)
If your a beer drinker they have a big 22oz.ESPN mug that can be refilled for the price of a 12oz. draft DW used heres alot
(don't know if they still have them or not)
Our total cost with tips and all excursions for 3 4 days was close to 1500 we bought photo packages and wine at dinner etc.
