Forever, I used to have a bowl of cereal (usually oatmeat till snuggles here got me on grits 2 years ago), 2 slices of toast (buttered and jam), OJ and coffee. Tomorrow will be 6 weeks of Atkins for me, soooooo, now, 4 scrambled eggs, 6 slices bacon, coffee. I miss my old breakfasts, and the juice the most. But, it is working.
