What do you think of this necklace?

I'm looking for a birthday gift for my half sister who I just met in July for the first time! She's 31 and outdoorsy, loves the water, natural things, etc.

I found this and thought it was pretty, but I'm afraid it might look cheap to other people. What do you think?

Well, she's definitely outdoorsy, but she's also pretty girly. She's got pretty, long hair and wears feminine clothes.

In answer to your original question, I don't think it looks cheap, it looks earthy and Bohemian.

Thank you all. I'm still in the "honeymoon" phase. She's a sweet, fun person and it was an experience of a lifetime to meet her. She, unfortunately, lives two states away, but is planning on visiting sometime after Christmas/

Yes! She is on facebook (that's how I first had contact with her). I'll have to look through her pictures to see any jewelry she's wearing.

Thank you. It's definitely a blessing. I grew up with my brother (full), no other sisters. I remember when Jenny was born and I was excited (I was about 10or 11), but my dad and her mom soon divorced and I never got to meet her. Meeting her was way more emotional than I thought it would be.
