No ... they're not. They're also not Disney-release films. Different studio ... different policy. Just because Disney decides (for whatever reason) not to release a certain film before Christmas doesn't mean that every other studio in Hollywood is going to follow suit. Likewise, just because someone else DOES decide to release something like "Minority Report" prior to Christmas doesn't mean it's a sure-fire strategy. That determination will be made once the final video sales numbers are in after "Signs" is released.
