We are going to go with deluxe dining in August staying at Fort Wilderness. It will be me, my husband, 18 year old daughter, her boyfriend, my 6 year old son and 1 year old son.
These are the restaurants that I have chosen for breakfast. What do you all think or should I make some changes?

Hollywood and Vine - Day at DHS
Kona Cafe - Day at Sea World
Trails End - Day at Busch Gardens
1900 Park Fare - Day at Epcot
Ohana - Day at Typhoon Lagoon/Magic Kingdom
Cape May Cafe - Day at IOA/Universal Studios
Crystal Palace - Day at Magic Kingdom
Tusker House - Day at Animal Kingdom
Trails End - Leave to head home

I am wondering if I should replace Hollywood and Vine and 1900 Park Fare. Maybe do Whispering Canyon Cafe and Grand Floridian Cafe.

Thanks for any advice.

Kona Cafe - Day at Sea World Been here many times, it is always excellent!

1900 Park Fare - Day at Epcot Horrible food, terrible noise level and non exisitant service...I would go to Grand Floridian Cafe instead

Ohana - Day at Typhoon Lagoon/Magic Kingdom Lots of fun, great food and you can order the pressed pot coffee from Kona

Cape May Cafe - Day at IOA/Universal Studios One of our favorites!

Crystal Palace - Day at Magic Kingdom Another great choice!

Tusker House - Day at Animal Kingdom Have not been yet but I hear the food is great, the character interaction is the pits

Just wanted to add that we were at Tusker House for breakfast last week and I would definitely recommend it! The selection here is so much better than some of the other breakfast buffets and everything was really tasty.
As for the character interaction - ours was great! It's hit or miss I guess. But food wise - an excellent choice.

We ate @ 1900 Park Fare in July for Dinner...it was a great experience!
IMO they had good food, good service and character interaction was great too! Characters played their parts to a "T"!!

WOW! You guys are seriously making the breakfast rounds, huh?? I want to go on YOUR trip!!! I love breakfast!!!

I haven't been to 1900 Park Fare for their breakfast (I did enjoy their dinner food), but I might have to trade that one in for the GF cafe just because of the pics I've seen of their lobster eggs benedict! ;) I didn't care much for H&V for dinner, but I've heard decent things about their breakfast -- and if your kids like the Playhouse Disney characters, you probably can't go wrong. How come 2 Trails Ends?

My husband would love the lobster eggs benedict.
We are going to Trails End breakfast twice because the day we go to Busch Gardens I figure it will be faster so we can get on the road to make it there early. And then the day we leave I figure we can go get a quick breakfast before heading home. I know my husband will want to leave very early that day. We will be driving back to Massachusetts.

First off, I'd keep Hollywood & Vine. We actually thought this breakfast buffet was delish! And, you can get inside the park to eat before DHS even opens. Love doing that!:thumbsup2 Plus the characters are so cute and should appeal to your 6 and 1 year old.

Trails End makes sense since you're staying at Ft. Wilderness.

Ohana breakfast is fabulous! Again, characters here are wonderful!

Crystal Palace is great too! Pooh and friends are so adorable at this buffet.

Kona is one of our all time favorites for breakfast.

We've not done Cape May or Tusker House but I have heard they're really good.

1900 Park Fare is also delish, DD is addicted to the strawberry soup!

I think your choices look really good.:thumbsup2

We did Cape May once and loved it. The seating was comfortable and they had the typical (but great) buffet selection for breakfast. Loved seeing Goofy in his bathing suit!:goodvibes

1900 PF was awesome!! I had heard so many great things about the strawberry soup and it was amazing! I loved Alice & the Mad Hatter was wonderful!

Have fun!!

So maybe I should keep my choices.
I was just nervous about Hollywood and Vine and 1900 Park Fare.
Thank you everyone for all the info.
