Super excited. We have free dining in August for 12 nights. We are trying 5 new restaurants this time and 7 we have done before.

I will put an *besides the restaurants we have never tried. These are all for dinner (except Sci Fi). What do you think?

Paradiso 37*
Boma
Whispering Canyon
Garden Grill*
Sci Fi (Lunch), Coral Reef
T-Rex*
1900 Park Fare
Spirit of Aloha*
Yak & Yeti*
Kona
San Angel Inn
'Ohana

Of the ones you never tried: Yak & Yeti - great! a first time for us last trip and excellent service and food was very good.
Garden Grill - another first time for us last trip - tip: make ressie about 1/2 hour or so before the restaurant closes (closes at 8 i believe). If you are the last seated the restaurant will empty as the other diners finish and leave and the characters just keep coming around, faster and faster when most of the tables are empty. I think each character came to our table 4-5 times last trip and our 3 year old son was in his glory!

Thanks for the information. The menu at Yak & Yeti looks really good to us. Glad to hear positive feedback on this one.

Garden Grill is one that we put on the list every year and then when it comes time to book the ADR's we seem to take it off ... we love Living with the Land so we need to try this one out and characters are always fun!

Looks great to me, except we are not fans of Sci Fi or San Angel Inn.

Paradiso 37*--probably our best meal during our recent trip. We ate lunch though.

Boma--always good

Whispering Canyon--not fond of the food, but fun restaurant

Garden Grill*--alot of good character interaction, food just OK

Sci Fi (Lunch)--not a fan

Coral Reef--food decent, be prepared to be mobbed by kids if you get a table next to the tank though

T-Rex*--surprisingly good when we ate there Feb 10th, 3 y/o GS loved it and ate better than he did any other place we ate that week (we were on the DxDDP, so had alot of TS meals).

1900 Park Fare--ate there Feb 4th and was disappointed food wasn't as good as the last time we ate there. It wasn't bad, just barely OK, but the last time we ate there it was really good. Character interaction was very good though. Step sisters are a hoot.

Spirit of Aloha*--only one on your list I've never done. Sorry!

Yak & Yeti*--always a favorite, so go every trip (love the lettuce cups, ribs, steak and shrimp, and wonton dessert:cloud9:)

Kona--another favorite

San Angel Inn--not a fan (I keep trying though--have eaten there four times and still don't like it:rotfl:). Love the atmosphere though.

Hey Aubriee,

Thanks for the feedback, sounds like you guys have eaten at a lot of the Disney restaurants. I guess everyone has different tastes -- It is funny what you said about San Angel Inn as it is one of our favourites and we book it every trip. We love the atmosphere and the food. Looking forward to trying some of the new ones and of course going back to some of our favourites.
