I'm having trouble fitting everything in! Maybe there's a better way?
Who's going
Me, age 50 (oh, okay, I'll be 51 by then!) This will be my 15th trip to WDW, 11th time in 5 years!
Friend (female)-53 (I think!). She has only been once, about 25 years ago!
When-September 2-6
I know there is no way to do it all, and if it was just me there would be plenty of things I would skip. I went for a partial-solo trip (my sister surprised me after the first 3 days!) last January, and didn't do much at all. I rode a few tame rides like Spaceship Earth, El Rio del Tiempo, Figment, etc., but mostly just wandered around people watching. I did stop and watch the parades, fireworks, etc. except for Fantasmic. (I like it but it just isn't one of my favorites.) I had a great time! This trip I am trying to figure out a way that my friend will be able to see all the parades, fireworks, etc. since she hasn't been in so long!
We have the free dining package, so are also trying to fit in 4 CS and 4 TS meals!
Here's what I have so far:

Thanks for any opinions!
