What do you think? BCV resale?

I just sent our paperwork in to TTS to sell our 100 pt contract at BCV, we have 84 bankes 08 points 100 09 points and will have another 100 available in Oct (our use year) 2010, I priced it at $91 a point...what do you think the chances of getting is sold and thru ROFR are?

I wish you luck.....just by looking at resale prices it looks to me as though $85 is roughly the asking price for contracts like yours. I would assume if you can get your asking price it should fly through ROFR with zero problems.

ROFR shouldn't matter to you, if its sold, its sold. $91 would be nice, lots of extra points, good luck.

I bought a BCV resale a few months ago that had all 2008 points banked and all 2009 points available and will get all 2010 points in December. I paid 85. per point. That is where you'll end up most likely. But with a smaller contract of 100 points you might get a little more, but probably not 91. Any offer over 85 I would be tempted to take.
