I like it, but good grief do they need to fix issues all over the place. Customer service is horrible, glitches all over the place, pooping all over the players by getting rid of (or changing) that which is fun. Not to say the game is bad, but it could use a bit of work (or at least a little polishing up.)

Nicely put. But you forgot a VERY important issue:"families."
Need I say more? Doesn't the very word strike fear into your hearts?
Am I taking this too far?
... Now's the time to start looking for those "mental" institutions...
