Just wanted to get an idea of what others use to keep your info; ie..PS's, resort info, plane info/tix, park tickets, etc... in when you travel. I always start a closed-side manilla folder with trip info when I book our plane tickets. On the outside of the folder I write the dates that I book and modify reservations. I also write down confirmation numbers on the outside. We keep all our pirnted info in there; boarding passes, rental car info, any brochures or any of my personal notes, itinerary and phone numbers.

What do you do?

Thanks!

I use an accordion style File Folder Case. It is plastic and has lots of inner pockets with tabs so that I can organize the info. inside. I actually found ours at a Dollar Store. Inside I have labels for Resort info., PS, Tickets, Maps, etc. DH made a spreadsheet that shows all of our PS times. He made a small copy for each of our wallets/belt packs. I used this method last year and it worked great for us so we are using it again this year.

I use a 1" binder that I put sheet protectors in. I've used it for three trips so far, just change out the sheets and info. I also have a plastic folder with pockets for holding other tickets, vouchers, etc. The binder has a pocket in front with a see thru cover, so I let DS decorate a cover page.

I keep all of our important information where any self-respecting married man would: In wifey-poo's purse. pirate:

I accordian binder it also. But I make copies of everything 2x and place it in different places.. You never know.....

I used to keep all documents in specific pockets in our backpack, but I really like the binder idea. I was going to take about five different folders with each parks info, but I think I will do the binder thing. Here's what I was thinking (I'm sure I will update this at a later time):

1. A binder with a clear 8 x 10 pocket on the front cover to do a '2005 WDW Vacation' kind of sheet to slide into the pocket and half pockets on the inside front cover and inside back cover to slide in whatever I am not hole punching. I am going to get dividers with the little tabs you can type on and type each park name on the tabs. Here's what I am including in the binder so far:

a. Restaurant menus that I have printed off from AllEars, that I have
hole punched, into each tabbed section by park. I plan on taking the
sheets out for the cs restaurants each day to the parks with us so we
can decide on what to eat instead of going from restaurant to
restaurant looking at menus.

b. I'm going to put 'Best Days to visit parks' from Touring Plans[/B].

c. Hidden Mickey's list to take to the park each day.

d. All confirmation numbers, pre-printed mailing labels, and other misc.
stuff.

2. I bought the 'Prep Pad'. It is 41/2" x 5 1/2" and is perfect for either my fanny pack or backpack. I plan on keeping track of our meals and any other notes in it. It also has pockets to keep receipts/fastpasses/tickets.

Sorry this is so long, but those are my plans ~ so far.

Actually when I actually go into the park I carry an index card with all my info. 1 card for each day for all times, reservations etc on this card of the day.

At Walgreen's I bought an index card holder. It has 5 dividers with label tabs. I've divided it like this:
1. Schedule for that day with PS times, firework times, show times
2. EMH Rides
3. Fastpass Rides
4. Addresses & phone numbers
5. E-mails
Each day, I'll replace the day's schedule, fastpass & emh cards.
For major planning, I keep a binder, with dividers for menus, rides, etc. In this binder I have 2 plastic pencil cases with clear fronts and brads to clip in the binder. I keep maps, tickets, Disney Dollars in the pencil cases.
I also found at Walgreen's a plastic envelope holder with velcro closure. Each day I will carry an envelope with that day's dining money. I'll also have an envelope with each person's name on it for spending money.
And finally, at Walmart, I found ID holders with lanyards (in the wallet area) for $.97. We'll keep our tickets in these.

Hey, have you been snooping in MY binder?? Seriously, these are almost the exact same things I have in our binder for each trip! Maybe we should copyright the idea and sell it to all the other Disney Nuts!

Love my PassPorter!!!

It has lots of info and pockets. I keep everything in it and it is my constant companion. At home I know exactly where my old hoppers and AP's are located for the next trip.

This is my 3rd year and it works great!

You all have fabulous ideas! I'm a famous scraplifter, what do I call this organized lifting? Thanks for the great tips, I'm scribbling on my to do list now! :cool1:

I use a 'presentaton book' that I got at Business Depot. It's like a binder with plastic sheets but the sheets cannot be removed.

I was thinking the same thing! I only wish I would have thought of a great idea a few years ago before the flood of Disney books out there!
