I finally got a reservation at Le Cellier :goodvibes but I have no idea what to order (except the cheese soup, which I've heard so much about:woohoo:).
The coffee rubbed strip steak sounded delicious, but I've heard that this is no longer on the menu. Does anyone know if this is true?
What's your favorite meal at LC?

My favorite used to be the BBQ maple-glazed filet, until they removed it.:sad1:
Last trip I tried the mushroom filet everyone raves about, but to me it was pretty bland tasting, especially compared to the BBQ one. I should have listened to our server's suggestion to order the NY Strip. My son got that and ... it was absolutely delicious! So that is my new favorite now, along with the cheese soup and breaksticks, of course.

I always get the Mushroom filet and risotto and maple creme brulee. This time I was thinking about switching to the Strip with maple creme brulee. I am one of those people that can take or leave the cheese soup. I made it at home before and that is good enough for me. A few years ago DH and I tried the mussels but I dont know if it is still the same recipe. Anyone know?

The filet every time! I usually change out the risotto for mashed potatoes. Don't forget the chocolate "moose"!! :lovestruc

The filet is good. And the Maple Cream Brulee is a must do.

Another vote for the Mushroom Filet Mignon with risotto. I really like the risotto and the filet was very tender. The duck three ways appetizer was pretty popular with my group as well.

You don't have to 'order' them, but the pretzel bread sticks are really good.

The Chocolate Moose is my favorite dessert.

Definitely the cheese soup and the filet mignon and I too substitute the risotto for mashed potatoes.

Go for the filet mignon. It was the best steak I've ever had. Each bite melted in my mouth and the taste was superb. Highly recommended.

Always the mushroom filet, minus the mushroom, sub in masked potatoes for risotto..

Also get the creme brulee. It's very good, but I usually only eat half - because it's very maple rich and i'm not much of a sweets person.

We just went on 11/2 and I don't remember seeing that. We went straight for the red meat :), Filet for me Strip for DH. Mine was better:) and the risotto was tasty. I wouldn't recommend the S'more dessert, the brownies were like hockey pucks. I know we were in Canada, but......

For me it is the Prime Rib, oh is it good. Cream cheese mashed potatoes, they to are great.

last time we had the 3 course menu.

Cheese soup
Salt Crusted Prime Rib - to die for!!!
Sorbet

all were amazing

The Mushroom Filet is my favorite! I get it everytime I go. I also like the Maple Creme Brulet. My mouth is watering just thinking about them!
