In 18 months time Disneyland Paris will be celebrating its 20th anniversary. With this in mind what rides, shows or attractions do you miss from the last 20 years of DLP.

I miss the The Legend Of The Lion King at the Videopolis Theatre and The Tarzan Encounter at The Chaparral Theater.

I also miss the "Dancin' (A Catchy Rhythm) song from The Wonderful World Of Disney Parade.

What about you?

Wish we'd got to visit the Visionarium, I've watched the show since on the internet, but it's not the same is it ?
It was actually open on our first visit, but we didn't have time and 6 months later it was closed :-(

There is something else that I wonder about, perhaps you can help me out, I'm sure that on our first visit there was some sort of show going on in Frontierland which involved people (cowboys) being up on the roof around by Fuenta del Oro restaurant or did I dream it ?

No I don't think your dreaming it, I think there used to be the cowboy shoot-out show going on around that area once.

There was definitely a cowboys and indians show there, we have photos of it from 1994!
I also miss the Lion King the most, definitely.

Legend of the Lion King - it was the best show Ive seen in any disney park

Tarzan show too - we also once managed to see Beauty and the Beast, and a Mulan show, both at Videopolis - magic!

I also miss the Dancing song from the parade - it just doesn't feel like a parade DLP without it... but I suppose for those who've never heard it, the new one is just as special.

Most of all I miss that my eldest kids are not little any more.....I loved seeing the park through their eyes :goodvibes

I only started going in 2007, but I do miss the Tarzan show and the Lion King show. For my DD, I know she's going to miss the little room after IASW where all the phones would ring and the kids from all over the world would sing to each other - I haven't told her yet that this is no more :sad2:.

What! Where has it gone???

How sad....my children spent ages playing in here, and I loved the way the lights materialised around the walls :goodvibes

I really hope they replace it with something a little more imaginative, and in theme with the ride, as opposed to a princess meet n' greet. It's too dark for that isn't it, unless your meeting them in a dungeon!

Do they every consult anyone when they make these changes???
