What do you miss whilst your on vacation?

Just a thread I thought would be rather interesting. I just got back from two weeks in Menorca and I stress the word 'just' meaning, literally just got back from Gatwick Airport.

Also have I missed much on the DIS?

Personally, I missed: Internet Access, British TV and my bed =D

I usually just miss having access to the internet and the shower in my house. It seems like water pressure just sucks everywhere else, especially in hotels.

~Having my own computer.
~Having my own bed.
~My doggies.
~Having two bathrooms. (boo, having to share one with 3 other people. )

Depends what kind of vacation we're talking about here...lol.

I got back from my Disney vacation a couple weeks ago and to be honest, the only time I missed anything was missing Disney the day we left for back home lol.

When I am on vacation from school, I miss my room, my friends, the memories, the experiences, and the independence.

When I'm at school for extended periods of time, I do miss home cooked meals, my family, and my pets...and of course, my piano! lol.

Ok! when im on a disney trip i really only miss my dog because im so excited to be there! but if it is a diffrent vacation i miss my friends and my dog and the internet!

if im at disney, honestly, nothing
haha, i forget the rest of the world when im at that magical place

when i go to camp (which is in a weeek )
all i really miss is my bathroom, and nothing else
cuz there, you share it with half the camp (not the boys though, thank god, haha ) but you have to share with probbly 40 girls, its TERRIBLE getting a shower, you have to wake up at like, 5 to get good pressure & hot water
the water pressure SUCKS, so you always look like poop
and it smellls, really bad, but i mean, its camp,
but i still love it
