What do you know about RetailReportCard.com?

I do mystery shopping. I got an email asking me to participate with Retail Report Card.com In the fine print it says they will be selling my personal information to anybody the want.

If they sell my phone number can companies call me even though we're on the National Do Not Call list?

I also see that the companies they list are not actually sponsors.

Is this a legitimate shopping company or a glorified "book club" where they get my data and I have to pay membership and do 6 offers that cost me more than they are worth?

Any place that sells your info to other people is a BAD place, IMO. And yes, if you consent to them selling it, people are allowed to call you, it's like a permission slip. Anyplace that wants you to pay for information about secret shopping, sureveys, etc is just in it to make money, you probably will get little to nothing out of it. Legit srvey companies and secret shop companies don;t charge people to do their work.
