What do you know about Corgi's

We just adopted a new puppy. They believed he was a corgi mixed and about 5-6 months old. We already have what I believe is a rat terrior that is about 9 months old. Can you tell me anything I should know about my new puppy?

The only thing I know about Corgi's is that Queen Elizabeth has a few. Congrats on your new puppy!

My friend has a couple of Corgi's and when they were puppies, they were nippers. I guess herding is in their nature and they both nipped at the ankles of my friend for awhile. They outgrew that and are now very well behaved. They are possibly the friendliest dogs I've ever been around.
