What do you include in your planning book/binder?

I have done so many searches and have tons of links bookmarked to get me started in my planning binder! I am going with a huge group of family members....probably 15 total. (For many of them it will be the first time!)

I am still working on my binder, but so far

Travel Info
Important Numbers

*Packing
Packing List

*Character Cheat Sheet
Info on where characters are

*Photopass
Photopass numbers
List of where photopass photographers are located

*Each Park
Includes: Map, Itinerary and info for the day

*ADR's
ADR Info

I have a document that I did with all the snacks (found the list on disboards)

I realize it's a lot of info, we are disney freaks and want it all!!!!

I am just getting started, but wanted to see what others have!

Sounds like you have a great list going! Our trip isn't until next year and I haven't started a binder yet, although I plan to make one.

With your packing list, you might want to include a column for the trip home (or a second packing list) to make sure you don't leave anything important (i.e. chargers, pillow from home) behind at the resort.
