What Do You Hate About Autumn?

Let me first say that autumn is my favorite season.

There are so many things I love about it.

But I hate the barrage of box-elder bugs, and those nasty tiny little beetle bugs that look similar to lady bugs but they're not, and they bite!

It's not long enough!!!

The temps, the length of the days, the new TV season. When I was a kid, it was the time you would burn your pine needles and it had a smell all it's own. Of course, Halloween also signifies the beginning of the holiday season!!!

In between wardrobes. It's much easier to maintain the kid'd clothes if it's straight hot or straight cold.

Football. I know that every season has it's sport(s) but it seems that people around here are more into football than anything else and I get so tired of hearing about it. Other than that, I love everything about fall except for the fact that winter is just around the corner. I think I hate the cold even more than I hate football.

I hate putting on long pants. I wear capris and shorts all summer and hate covering my legs.

I hate raking the leaves from the chestnut tree out in front of my yard and that winter is around the corner i think i should move to florida

I like it most of the time but some years it is very cold and rainy up here in autumn and I hate that. I'll take the darkness, the cooler temps, and everything else but throw in rain and it is hard to enjoy it.

Our leaves, leaves that blow from down the street, leaves from the abandoned house next door, leaves from across the street. We all have wooded lots and the leaves all wind up at our house.

I don't like Autumn. I find it very depressing. The worst part is the days growing shorter.

I actually love autumn but I hate that winter is just lurking around the corner. If it could be autumn until oh...March and then have spring, I'd be great with that.

The one and only think I dislike about Autumn is the fact that my kids are now gone all day in school. I really do miss them, but I'm happy again at 3 so I suppose it's a temporary sort of hate

I HATE the gazillions of leaves that fall all over my yard, and the huge piles of white pine needles that cover my driveway. Oh, and I hate Halloween.

I hate that I am going to have to wear real shoes. I miss winter in FL, when I could wear my flip-flops all year.
