DH and I are debating on how tall our son will be when we go on our trip in September 2010. Currently, he is 41 3/4 with no shoes and 42 1/4 with shoes. I say that by our trip he will be 44 inches with shoes. I know that no one can predict the growth patterns of my son, but it would be great to get him on all of the "Mountains" this trip! Those of you that have kids what do you think?? Is it possible? He will turn 5 down there.....fingers crossed!:wizard:

I guess it is possible.. Knowing that your kid is a boy.. I am sure by September 2010 he will surely grow taller... and even could be at that height.

Knowing how males grow taller faster that female.. that's for sure...
Imagining, Sept. 2010, is so far.. in time, I am sure that if that day
comes, he's even taller than expected...:hippie:

It's certainly possible, but there's no way to predict it. He may grow 5 inches by then, or he may not grow at all. If I were you, I'd work on the assumption that he won't be tall enough, so if he is, you'll be pleasantly surprised. If you start assuming that he'll be tall enough and he doesn't make it, everyone will be disappointed.

Totally agree. If he is tall enough great - if not there are a ton of fun rides to do. Even if he is tall enough is he ready for the rides is another question. Sometimes a 5 year old is not ready for such rides.

Either way you will have a great trip.

This kid isn't scared of any thing, so I suspect that he will be fine on what ever ride he is tall enough to go on. Just as long as Dad and I look like we are having fun, he is fine! I am not going to say a word about any of the rides that are going to be questionable, because I don't want him to be disappointed, but I would LOVE it if he were to be tall enough at "go" time!
