What do you do your first night?

Another Chef Mickey's family - just starts our trip off perfectly. We usually don't go to the parks the first day.

We check out our hotel and always have dinner at Chef Mickey's our first night. Have a great trip!

We always head to Magic Kingdom for our first night. It's tradition!!!

although we never really plan it - it seems we always check in, explore a little and head over to Downtown Disney - shop and then grab a bite to eat.

We always go over to DTD and go shopping. I love that place!

After we get check in and get settled. We go for a swim, then it's dinner at another resort. After dinner we hop on a resort bus to DD to shop and take pictures.

..explore the resort, unpack, while my DS's find their way to the arcade, swim in the pool, have a light dinner, and watch the Disney channels to really get into the 'spirit' of things. Then, it's off the bed early, to get up for our traditional Chef M breakfast, followed by our visit to MK!!

(Or, it's right to bed, since sometimes we take a very late flight, and wind up arriving at 11-12PM! )

We walk around our resort (POFQ this time), with checking out all of the grounds, buying our refill mugs, and of course hitting the gift shop. Then we sometimes take a bus ride to a resort on the monorail and ride it around. But actually, we have never really checked out the Poly. Maybe I'll make it a point to do that this time. I'm sure with the Xmas decorations we'll check out the deluxe resorts and their Xmas decorations. I really can't wait!

DH and I ate dinner at the resort and than we went to DTD and enjoyed ourselves.

It depends on when we arrive. If we arrive early, we go into the parks. If not we just relax at the resort. If you don't want to waste a day of your passes. have you considered having dinner at AKL. Your kids would probably enjoy seeing the animals.
