What do you do with 4 banked points?

What does one do with 4 banked points left Nov use year? Just rented 329 banked points and now have 4 left. We have already banked this years points into next year to make reservations for Dec 2004.

Any ideas? Are the only options to lose them or borrow from 2005 and then rent them?

Post them on the Rent/Trade board and see what you get. You probably won't be able to rent to a non-member, but I'd be willing to bet you could find a DVC member looking for a few points. Post a message that you have 4 points at $9 each, and I bet they will be gone in a few hours.

if the points are banked or were banked, the points cannot be transferred to another member, you may be able to get a member to transfer the points to you so you can make the ressies for them, as long as you have not transferred points out for the year. you can only transfer out or transfer in during your current use year.

i understand your problem, i have 9 points that were banked and i can not transfer them to another member because they were banked at one time.


borrowed points cannot be transferred either for future info

You can add a few points to them and give away a night or have a rental. You can ask MS if they will allow you to transfer them as a gift to another member, they may surprise you and say yes.
