What do you do to pass the time until vacation?

What do you all do to pass the time until 'the trip'? I don't just mean for the kids (yeah, we can do the paper chain and all that..) but for me too!!! I wait for codes (we're going in Aug). I think that's half the reason I get so caught up in the codes..it helps pass the time. Oh, the other thing..I drive Dagny @ DU crazy. :crazy.
What does everyone else do??

You're looking at it!!!! I just sit here and post away. Nothing is better than planning a trip to WDW. Well, maybe giving someone else some help in their planning..that's pretty good too!!

I need some tips on passing the time until vacation!

We don't leave for 19 months! That's the longest we've had to wait since the time between our '93 and '00 trips to WDW. I don't know what to do with myself!

Read WDW restaurant reviews and look at pics of the food, imagine what restaurants we might go on which days and/ or from which parks or resorts (aka planning and overplanning...)


Talk to others about their experiences...

I give this a "Pretty Funny"!

I pack and re-pack my suitcases. I also buy my "dollar" items like ziploc bags for packing, and travel size shampoo and body wash. They are lined up on the bathroom counter to remind me. I also try not to wear my watch with the date on it. This is so I am not constantly looking at it every hour and thinking "I have 16 days left". Guess it doesn't help I put the count-down timer clock on my desktop

It's so nice to know that I am not alone in my Dis-ing until I get to go again! Just got back and planned our next trip on the plane trip back!!!

So fun...why would any one want to go anywhere else? We stayed at the Poly...all the Hawaii and none of the jet lag!

Last year was easy since I was trying to keep the trip a secret from DBF! Now I have 19 mos. until our return. It's making both of us crazy. To keep some semblance of sanity, I allow myself one Disney-related purchase per paycheque (DVD, CD, plush, etc.). I am also constantly planning our trip, posting on these boards and checking out good deals on airfare or tickets. As the trip gets closer, I start to buy the little things we'll need to pack (ponchos, first aid kit, etc.) and throw them in the suitcase. Finally, I work on a scrapbook of last year's trip and will begin making our MVMCP scarves when the scrapbook is done. Did I mention I already pre-ordered the UG for 2006? So much for that sanity thing!
