Besides the normal like cameras, cellphones and sunblock what do you carry in with you that is a must evertime you go? :wave2:

This varies on whether or not you have kids. I have a kid, so I take a bag with:
cellphone, sunblock, her animal kingdom canteen, mister fan, ponchos flattened out in a baggie, visors for me and DD, sunglasses, and sometimes a doll.

I bought a disney world bag in MGM especially so it would fit over the handle bar of the rental strollers.

Sun glasses, Neosporin, Band aids, and chap stick ( the sun really dries out my lips)

Yep - I forgot that one... I pick up a bunch at Target (99 cents in the camping aisle) before the trip. They fit great in DH's pockets!

:sunny: :cool2: pluto: :dog: :mickeybar :boat: :beach: ok i take playground balls, bats, wiffel ball, swim suit, drinks, food, towls, money, hats, backpacks, book, first aid kit, dog, dogtoys, extra cloths, sweatshirst, sandels, sneekers, sun glasses, and cd player......................... isnt that alot.. yeah i know i depend on alot of stuff.. lol

Hand sanitizer (a must), ziploc bags to put camera, cellphone etc in on the water rides and if it rains and backpack gets wet. They are also good to put ponchos in after rain cause lord knows they don't fit back in those little packs again.

My DS11 takes containers with pennies and quarters in them for the press machines -- he is addicted to that and pin trading.

packs of hand wipes...handy for mickey bar accidents for kids and adults alike!
We bought DD one of those sport bottles with a straw..she is not that adept at drinking out of a bottle or cup yet..so filling it with water was handy...I also had a mickey topper with straw that screwed onto a bottle...came in handy..esp at AK.
Autograph book
empty zip lock bag..to protect camera and such on wet rides

Other than the usual camera, poncho, etc...we take a small travel towel to dry off in case we get wet, juice boxes, pop tarts, and fruit snacks for DS, qt sized ziploc bags for camera, etc in case of rain/water rides, my passporter, a couple of cars for DS to play with in case we're stuck waiting for a ride or show and then whatever else he doesn't want to carry - little odds and ends we pick up for him, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, hand wipes...UGH...after going back and reading this I realize I have a problem and need to do something about it!! :confused3

ponchos's
extra ziplocks (for popcorn or snacks dd doesnt finish)
burts bees lip moisturizer
cell, camera, wallet
(small first aid kit and antibacterial wipes)

Amy

cellphone, hand sanitizer, band-aids, sunblock, brita water bottle and a small ziplock bag with a washtoel and a coulpe ice cubes ( to wash down your face or neck if it gets too hot ;))

plus I have a lime green carbiner fan/flashlight that I hook on my lime green baggellini backpack :rotfl2:

I carry a draw string bag with a small wallet, camera, kleenex....and my fiance carries the rest of our belongings in his cargo pants. :teeth:

All the basics...cameras, batteries, camcorder, cellphone, etc, but...can't go into the parks without my Hidden Mickey's book!! :magnify:

How do you take all that stuff? In a small hatchback? Thanks for the feedback everyone just a little curious on what other peeps take in with them. :thumbsup2

Cell, driver license, debit card, credit card, cash, pin backs, purell, a couple advil, a pepcid, an immodium (you never know), ponchos, band aids, park hoppers, small camera (just a got a new digital maybe T'll use it but I'm sfraid it will get wt) or disposable.

Usually that's it.

cell phone, PDA, glasses, $$, passes, Tylenol, Rolaids, Shout wipes, DH's medicine.

I have an overland donner bag. I pack two ponchos, a pair of flip flops (to save birkenstocks from torrential downpours), band aids, park map and diet coke. OH and sunglasses and sunscreen...

step kids carry their own little string backpacks cuz hey...who says I have to be the pack mule of the family?! (plus we rent a stroller so most of the stuff is piled on top of that anyhow!)

don't over pack cuz a heavy bag is a drag!!! :thumbsup2

i take me and a camera,
so here's a question how can you enjoy the parks [rides/shows] carrying around heavy backpacks and i've seen some people dragging around coolers full of stuff, don't that wear you out and what do you do with it at rides and shows ?

As little as possible. Travel wallet (Baggallini Small Microfiber Wallet Bagg - 8.5" x 5.5" x 1" ) with my ID and my WDW Key/ticket, some money for small incidental purchases, cell phone and my camera. If there is rain in the forecast I take one of the disposable ponchos.

When I return at night this time, I'm going to take some glow sticks to pass out to kids, but only what's comfortable to carry. ;)

If it doesn't fit in the 'purse' it doesn't go in the parks!

I love the detachable and adjustable strap on the bag - I can wear it diagonal (shoulder to hip) or put it around my waist (I hide it under my baggy shirts as I don't feel comfortable accentuating my waist as large as I am). And you can hook it on the bag with the bag horizontal or vertical.

Travel sized: first-aid kit, Baby-wipes, baby powder, chap-stick, sunblock, comb, moleskin (pre-cut), mini-umbrella (if needed), 3 teeny poncho packs, money, ATM card and, most importantly, a small, credit-card sized laminated card with all our ADR times and Conf. #s!!!!

Also....about 6 crystal-lite pkgs. for re-filling water bottles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :thumbsup2
